Product features: Skirt edge lifting conveyor belt (wavy edge blocking conveyor belt) is easy to design into a complete conveying system, avoiding intermittent conveying and complex lifting systems. The characteristics of this system are: fast installation speed, large conveying angle, small footprint, reduced civil engineering investment, flexible layout, low maintenance volume, and low energy consumption.

Product structure: Skirt edge lifting conveyor belt (wavy edge blocking conveyor belt), mainly composed of the following three parts:

1. High strength and wear-resistant base tape, with greater lateral stiffness and longitudinal flexibility.

2. High strength hot vulcanized rubber corrugated edge.

3. A horizontal partition that prevents objects from sliding down.

The bottom and base of the edge and partition are thermally vulcanized into one, and the height of the edge and partition can reach 40-630mm. Canvas is added to the edge to enhance its tear resistance. The wavy edge belt is smooth and flexible, ensuring that the conveyor belt passes smoothly through the end and tail wheels.   

Conveying capacity: Various forms of bulk materials, from coal, ore, sand to fertilizers and grains, can be conveyed horizontally, obliquely, and vertically using wavy edge belts. The particle size of the material is not limited, ranging from very small particles to large particles of 400mm, and the conveying capacity can range from 1 cubic meter/hour to 6000 cubic meters/hour.
