Precautions for use and maintenance

To ensure the normal use of the spiral tensile machine, maximize its effectiveness, and extend its service life, it is necessary to pay attention to reasonable use and maintenance.

1. Before use, the weight of the heavy object should be estimated first, and then the number of tension machines used should be determined so that the load on the tension machine does not exceed its rated load.

2. When multiple tensile machines are used together, the pulling speed should be maintained at the same level.

3. When using, first rotate the ratchet assembly to raise the lifting sleeve, but it should not exceed the red warning line above the lifting sleeve.

4. The chain links and shackles on the tensile machine should be securely attached to the hooks on the lifting object.

5. Correct the direction of the teeth on the ratchet assembly, then insert the handle and rotate it back and forth to start lifting.

6. The length of the handle should not be extended or lengthened to prevent overloading of the tensile machine.

7. After the work is completed, the supporting teeth can be pushed towards the upward direction of the sleeve, and then the handle can be inserted and pulled back and forth. After loosening, the tensile machine can be removed.

8. The ratchet assembly should be kept clean and regularly lubricated to ensure its flexible and reliable operation.

9. The mating surface between the lifting sleeve and the housing should be regularly oiled, and the oil filling hole should also be regularly lubricated with lubricating oil.

10. Bearings, bevel gears, and screw rods should be kept lubricated. Depending on the frequency of use, the base should be disassembled regularly, cleaned, and then lubricated with grease.

11. If the ratchet assembly is found to be inflexible, it can be disassembled for inspection. If the lifting sleeve is found to be stuck or the lifting sleeve does not move when rotating the ratchet, the base should be disassembled for inspection.
